PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING OR PURCHASING THE DIGITAL IMAGES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

IN CONSIDERATION OF Camille Davis Photography providing the digital images to the buyer and the buyer paying Camille Davis Photography the purchase price, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows. 

The digital image(s) is the property of Camille Davis Photography and is copyrighted by law. The digital image(s) shall not be copied, published, or used in any way except as provided for in the agreement. Camille Davis Photography reserves the right to use the digital image(s) on her website and for her own marketing or advertising purposes.

The buyer may use the image on their company website, social media, and for their personal marketing. 

THE BUYER SHALL NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO USE THE DIGITAL IMAGE(S) and shall not use the images in a way that allows others to download or redistribute the digital images.  

Images can not be shared with designers, sub-contractors, realtors, or builders, anyone wishing to use the images in a form of marketing will need to purchase their own copy of the images.
